Your information and personal support

This notice supplements our website Privacy Policy for the Personal Tech Membership. For membership information, this more specific notice controls any conflict.

What we receive

Your name, contact details, household and relationship information you choose to provide, subscription status, payment identifiers, receipts, and agreement records. Support conversations may include device details, messages, or screenshots you choose to share. Redact unrelated information and other people’s private details.

Why we use it

To confirm fit, provide support, manage subscriptions, respond to questions, prevent misuse, maintain agreement and billing records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell membership support information or use your conversations for targeted advertising.

Introductory appointments

Cal.com processes your name, email, phone number, relationship note, appointment time, and scheduling records to arrange introductory calls and send booking confirmations. Appointment information is added to Chris’s connected Apple calendar. Cal.com checks selected calendars for conflicts. Other calendar event details are not displayed on the public booking page. Use confirmation links to cancel or reschedule. The embedded scheduler connects to Cal.com when you open the booking page. Read Cal.com’s privacy policy.

Payments and providers

Stripe handles checkout, recurring charges, receipts, and its billing portal under Stripe’s privacy policy. We receive billing details and payment status, not full card numbers or security codes. Hosting, communication, and any separately agreed screen-sharing providers process information needed to operate their services. SMS, phone, email, and WhatsApp have different privacy protections.

Your family and your questions

We do not report your questions or mistakes to family members without permission unless disclosure is legally required. A shared billing account, device, or phone plan might still reveal communications or payments. We do not record calls or send identifiable support content to generative AI services without specific permission.

Retention and security

We retain support information while needed to help you and resolve follow-up issues. Billing, consent, and dispute records are retained as needed for accounting, tax, legal, and fraud-prevention obligations. Retention depends on the record and applicable obligations. Providers also apply their own retention policies. We use reasonable access controls and minimize unnecessary sensitive data, but no communication system guarantees absolute security.

Your choices

Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing webmaster@pirrotta.com. We will verify identity as appropriate and respond under applicable law. Some records must be retained for legal obligations or unresolved disputes. Canceling stops future membership billing but does not automatically erase required records. Service calls and texts are for support you request, not consent to marketing messages. Carrier message and data rates may apply.
